Jo Cook is an American author and entrepreneur who has enjoyed several successful business careers before turning her focus to writing. Drawing on a lifetime of experience, insight, and heart, her work reflects the people, places, and quiet truths that shape a well-lived life.
She calls Down East Maine home — a place of rugged beauty and reflection that inspires her storytelling. Her debut novel, A Dozen I Love You’s, is set for release in 2026.

Marshall Melham is an international traveler and keen observer of the world’s shifting landscapes. Of mixed ancestry, he moves easily between cultures, blending in not to disappear, but to listen. His fascination with politics — both American and Middle Eastern — informs much of his worldview, shaped by decades spent watching empires rise, fall, and repeat themselves.
An enthusiast of auto racing, good cigars, and eighteen-year-old scotch, Melham approaches both motion and stillness with equal precision. He collects stories, experiences, and people, finding in each a reflection of humanity’s contradictions. He lives in the Midwestern United States with his wife and children, where he continues to write, observe, and occasionally, disappear into the next great story.
