CHARA

by Marshall Melham

Born from tragedy, raised in secrecy.

When Chara's mother dies giving birth, she becomes the ward of Maximilian “Max” Cohen — a fiercely devoted Israeli intelligence agent balancing national security, personal identity, and the impossible task of fatherhood. Set against a fictional version of the volatile backdrop of 1970s Israel, CHARA follows Max’s struggle to protect both his country and the child who changes his life.

As Max navigates espionage, internal corruption, and uneasy alliances with shadowy American operatives, Chara grows under the watchful eyes of soldiers, spies, and the warm Malick family who take her in.

Through loss, loyalty, and Krav Maga, Chara discovers strength — and the destiny to become more than anyone imagined.

Spilt Seed, a comedy cum tragedy.

by Bhodi Freedom and Hannah Love

Twenty years after Roe v. Wade’s reversal, America has become a parody of itself—faith weaponized, freedom rationed, and reason outsourced to machines. Into this dystopian circus stumbles Dr. Justin Thyme, a podiatrist who wakes from a twenty-year coma to find the world that was his United States has  gone mad—and gotten frighteningly efficient at ignoring the needs of its citizens.

With robots running healthcare, misconstrued, selfish beliefs running government, and absurdity running everything else, Justin becomes an accidental rebel in a society allergic to truth. Spilt Seed is a razor-edged satire that skewers politics, power, and the fragile hope that still manages to bloom amid the ruins.

Equal parts dark comedy, dystopian prophecy, and spiritual farce, Spilt Seed will make you laugh, flinch, and—if you’re lucky—think.
